OPEN CLOUT

Round: Double GNAS Metric One-Way Clout. Senior Gentlemen Recurve/Longbow/Barebow Archers will shoot the 165m distance; Senior Lady Recurve/Longbow/Barebow Archers may shoot the 125m distance. Senior Gentlemen Compound archers will shoot the 185m distance and Senior Lady Compound archers may shoot the 165m distance. Juniors will shoot round appropriate to their age.

Date & Time: Sunday, 10th February 2019. Assembly 10:00 am sighters 10:15am.

Venue: Kirklington, Notts. NG22. We are awaiting exact directions for access to the field from the farmer. Please ensure to complete your email address in order for us to let you know when they are available.

Entry Fee: £7.00 per person. Entries by post please to the tournament organiser. All entries made by telephone or email must be followed by entry form and fee in post.

Awards: Medals according to entry in all bow classes

Please note:

Rules: Archery GB rules apply to this competition appropriate to the format of the round being shot. It is a condition of entry and admission to the venue that all competitors and visitors comply with the reasonable requests of the Tournament Organiser and Judge in Charge for the safety and comfort of all persons attending. Archery GB dress regulations 307 will apply.

All arrows must be detectable along their full length, with the exception of wooden arrows for health and safety reasons. The use of all carbon arrows will not be permitted,

Photography: Under the provisions within the Archery GB Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy, those who wish to take photographs at this event are to register with the organisers on arrival.

Data Protection: When you enter competitions the following information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitors for example target lists and results may be published: First Name, Surname, Gender, Bow Style, Date of Birth/Age category, Email, Address, Phone Number, Club (and ID), County (and ID), Region (and ID), Round (unless defined by age), Disabled (Y/N), Disability info.

Registration: Archery GB Membership cards must be shown on registration
