Ages and rounds: WA 1440 (Gents), WA 1440 (Ladies), Metrics 1-5
Younger archers may shoot higher rounds.
Bosses: Layered foam bosses will be used for the compound and recurve targets. Subject to entries, straw bosses may be used for barebow and longbow targets. At the two shorter distances all compound and recurve archers will shoot ends of six arrows at individual six ring 80cm target faces. Barebow, longbow and all archers shooting the junior rounds will shoot ends of six arrows at 80cm ten ring targets faces.

Closing date: 12th May. No refunds will be made after the closing date.
Awards: subject to entry.
Target List: A provisional target list will be available at wilfordbowmen.wordpress.com at least three days before the event.
Notes:
All archers under 18 must be accompanied by a Parent or Carer for the duration of the shoot.
World Record Status has been granted for this event. Archery GB rule 307 will apply. Record Status tournaments are liable for drug testing; competitors approached to give samples must comply. Refusal to comply will be treated as a positive result. It is a requirement of Record Status events that parents/guardians of juniors entering must sign the entry form to give consent for drug testing.
GDPR – When you enter competitions the following information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitors for example target lists and results may be published: First Name, Surname, Gender, Bow Style, Date of Birth/Age category, Email, Address, Phone Number, Club (and ID), County (and ID), Region (and ID), Round (unless defined by age), Disabled (Y/N), Disability info.
In accordance with Archery GB Child Protection policy anyone wishing to take photographs or image recording at this event must complete the Register of Photographers, before doing so.
Archery GB cards to be shown on registration, competitors may only shoot with proof of membership.
Archers shooting all carbon arrows must inform the Tournament Organiser before the start of the shoot and confirm that no arrows have been lost, before leaving the ground. Every archer is responsible for knowing how many arrows they bring to the shoot and for finding any arrows they may have lost before leaving the ground.
Wilford Bowmen (Nottingham), Nottingham City Council or Nottingham Hockey Club will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to competitors’ goods or equipment
