All archers must show a valid ArcheryGB membership card when signing in to the tournament and may only shoot with proof of membership.
ArcheryGB dress regulation 307 will apply.
All archers under 18 must be accompanied by a Parent or Carer for the duration of the shoot.
Data Protection – When you enter competitions the following information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitors for example target lists and results may be published: First Name, Surname, Gender, Bow Style, Date of Birth/Age category, Email, Address, Phone Number, Club (and ID), County (and ID), Region (and ID), Round (unless defined by age), Disabled (Y/N), Disability info.
In accordance with ArcheryGB Child Protection policy all wishing to take photographs or image recording must register with the Tournament Organiser.
If you are shooting all carbon arrows, you must inform the Tournament Organiser before you shoot. All arrow must be counted in and counted out.It is the Archers responsibility to ensure that all lost arrows are found before you leave the shooting ground.
Belvoir Archers cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or vehicles at this event.
Drug testing. The World Record Status Shoot will be liable for drug testing, competitors approached to give samples must comply as refusal will be treated as a positive result. Parents/legal guardian of competitors under the age of 18 must sign the entry form giving consent to drug testing if required.
Regrettably dogs are not allowed on the field.
No cars are to be parked on the side of the road due to TARMAC lorries requiring access to the TARMAC Cement Works all day. Car Parking Attendants will be on hand to park you in the shooting field behind the tent line area.
Refreshments will be available from 7-30am until end of the lunch break.

LAOFAC will be holding our Charity Shoot again this year on Sunday 14th April, 12 noon, shooting Windsor rounds.

Cost is £5 (to charity).

 

Last year we had to cancel due to a very low number of entries, so this year we have made a few changes:

 

As this is an informal event to raise money for charity, we have decided to reduce the entry fee to just £5 and ask people for donations towards tea, coffee, soup, cakes and snacks which will be available on the day.

 

Novice archers will find this a great event to enter to get a feel for shooting tournaments. They can shoot ANY of the Windsor rounds (so they don’t have to be able to reach 60 yards).

Championship awards may only be claimed by archers affiliated to one of the five English Regions.
Masters awards are for archers aged over 50 years from one of the five English Regions.
Open awards are for all archers taking part other than the EAF and Masters Champions.
Archery GB Records and other claims must be completed before leaving the venue.
Trophies are all returnable.
Bows to be in accordance with AGB Rule 206.
Archery GB Dress Regulation Rule 307 will apply all day.

1. All archers must be affiliated to Archery GB and will be asked to produce their membership cards when signing in
2. Archery GB dress regulations in accordance with rule 307 will apply and the timing of shooting will be to 304(f) Method 1.
3. In compliance with Archery GB Child Protection guidelines any person wishing to engage in any form of photography or video must
register with the Tournament Organiser.
4. Light refreshments are available throughout the day.
5. Wheelchair archers please state whether right or left handed.
6. Neither Bramcote Archery Club nor Nottinghamshire Archery Society accepts any responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage
to competitor’s equipment or personal possessions however caused.
7. Please note all arrows must be accounted for as such archers wishing to use arrows that are not metal detector responsive i.e. all
carbon, are requested to identify their equipment with the judges before the commencement of the shoot and again on departure.

In view of the provisions of the GNAS protection of children and vulnerable adults policy, those wishing to use photographic/video equipment at this event are to register with the Tournament Organiser on arrival. No unauthorized photography will be permitted. Persons wishing not to be photographed should advise the organiser at the time of entering the competition
4. Each archer must receive instruction in Clout shooting prior to the tournament, if necessary, instruction will be given on the day before shooting starts
5. GNAS dress regulations will apply (rule 307)
